Our Story
Cornerstone Management was founded in 2019 by Mark Dickson and Roger Carlson, two passionate individuals with a shared vision of creating thriving, healthy communities. With decades of combined experience in property and senior living management, they recognized the need for a company that prioritized integrity, innovation, and compassionate care across all its operations.

From the beginning, Mark and Roger were committed to setting a new standard in senior housing, multi-family residential, and commercial property management. They believed that strong communities start with strong leadership and a relentless dedication to the well-being of both residents and staff.

What started as a small operation has since grown into a trusted name in the industry, managing a diverse portfolio of senior living communities, apartments, and commercial properties across multiple states.
